After Idle provides product design and software engineering services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or proposal.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom software we build for you transfers to you on full payment. Our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how remain ours.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, access and materials needed to deliver the work, and to ensure that anything you provide to us does not infringe the rights of others.

5. Warranties & Liability

We deliver work with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, After Idle is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement.

6. Website Use

This website is provided "as is." We may change or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
