1. Service Description

After Idle provides Shopify applications that automate store optimization tasks including, but not limited to, SEO scanning and fixing, product copy generation, and metadata management. Our apps are installed through the Shopify App Store and operate within the Shopify ecosystem.

2. Billing

All billing for After Idle apps is handled through Shopify. We do not process payments directly. Subscription charges appear on your Shopify invoice. Pricing is based on the tier you select at the time of installation. All plans include a 7-day free trial.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Abuse, overload, or interfere with our services or the Shopify API
  • Use our tools to manipulate search engine results fraudulently or in violation of search engine guidelines
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our applications
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our services without written permission
  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and intellectual property related to After Idle apps remain the property of After Idle. Content generated by our AI tools for your store (such as product descriptions and meta tags) becomes your property upon generation.

5. Limitation of Liability

After Idle provides its services "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of our services. In no event shall After Idle be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Shopify admin panel. Upon cancellation, your app will continue to function until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
