1. Service Description

After Idle provides automation services including custom AI agent development, AI transition consulting, and autonomous system design. Our services are engaged directly through After Idle.

2. Billing

Billing for After Idle services is handled directly between you and After Idle. Payment terms and pricing are agreed upon at the start of each engagement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, overload, or interfere with our services or connected APIs
• Use our tools to manipulate search engine results fraudulently or in violation of search engine guidelines
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our applications
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our services without written permission
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and intellectual property related to After Idle services remain the property of After Idle. Content generated by our AI agents for your business (such as automated outputs and reports) becomes your property upon generation.

5. Limitation of Liability

After Idle provides its services "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of our services. In no event shall After Idle be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your engagement at any time by contacting us at hello@afteridle.com. Upon cancellation, services will continue until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
